Before founding the firm, Manoj worked directly inside US insurance agency workflows — managing COBRA administration, open enrollment campaigns, and carrier reconciliation for multiple employer clients, across platforms including Applied EPIC, EZLynx, Employee Navigator, BerniePortal, and AgencyBloc.
The firm is named after his grandfather, Deep — a name chosen to keep the work personally accountable, not just professionally delivered.
